Frequently Asked QuestionsIn order to qualify for using our moving truck, you must meet ALL of the following requirements.

  1. You must be a client of our brokerage and in good standing with the brokerage.
  2. You must be able to read, understand, & agree to the terms and conditions of our rental agreement.
  3. You must be over the age of 21.
  4. You must possess a current valid drivers license - in the name of the renter.
  5. You must be able to provide valid proof of insurance - in the name of the renter. (Please ensure insurance card IS NOT expired).

When using our truck, all renters & drivers must agree to the following:

  1. Fill out and complete our RENTAL AGREEMENT and bring it to our office on the date & time of your reservation.
  2. Accept all responsibility for all damage incurred to the truck while in your possession including but not limited to: stains, burns, windshield damage, tire damage, dents, dings, and scratches in the paint.
  3. Report any mishaps to our office and to appropriate law enforcement authorities immediately.
  4. Pay all parking tickets and any other violations incurred while the truck is in your possession.
  5. Return the vehicle at the end of your rental period. **As provided by Law, we may report the truck stolen within 24 hours of the due date if not returned.**
  6. Return the truck with a full tank of fuel.
  7. Return the vehicle in the same condition as rented. The cab & box must be clean and swept. Charges will be assessed if the vehicle is not returned in a clean condition, or has evidence of minor damage, and/or you may face revocation of future truck use privileges.

RESERVATION REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Ensure you have already verified that the truck is available for the rental period in which you would like.
  2. Fill out the form below.
  3. Please type your agents name.
  4. Once you submit your reservation request, your reservation will be in "tentative" status until you have received a confirmation email from us or your agent, that the rental period has been secured for you.
